Muhammad Dildar Abbasi is the founder of the Hukam Jan Trust and it was named in memory of his late mother. His goal through the trust is to improve the lifestyle of deprived people of society who lack availability of important things which are essential for their survival. And to provide services in rural areas by identifying deserving people who live under poverty line and find no help.
